Inside, an elastic pocket accommodates extra weight – whether it's an unsecured Minimalist Sandbag up to 15kg or alternatives like Trident Tactical Brick Bags (note: not recommended for burpees or bear crawls). Shoulder straps measure 47cm long x 7.5cm wide.
